Chakradance™ Kids is a wellbeing program thoughtfully created for children aged 3 to 9. It offers playful, heart-centered experiences that help children build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to themselves and others.
Each class is a rich blend of movement, music, storytelling, and creative art—designed to nurture imagination while supporting healthy growth across physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Inspired by chakra philosophy and paired with original, chakra-resonant music, the program brings modern-day fairytales to life. Children journey through these stories using expressive movement, mindfulness, breath awareness, and art—exploring their inner world in a safe, joyful space.
Through movement and creativity, the stories become more than just tales—they become experiences. As they embody characters and themes through gently guided movement, then reflect through creative expression, children develop greater emotional awareness, empathy, and self-confidence—learning to understand their feelings and celebrate who they are.

9 Week Chakradance™ Kids Journey
This playful 9-week journey invites children to explore movement, music, storytelling, and creative expression — all inspired by the ancient wisdom of the chakras. Each session is designed to gently support emotional wellness while sparking imagination and joy.
Through engaging weekly classes, children discover themes that build emotional regulation, boost confidence, and nurture self-awareness — all in a fun, heart-centered space.

🌟 Chakradance™ Kids Mini Workshop
A deeper dive into movement, creativity, and connection
These half-day mini workshop offers a more immersive version of the Chakradance™ Kids experience — perfect for children who are ready to explore emotional expression, creativity, and mindfulness in a supportive and playful setting.
Children will be guided through a full Chakradance™ class, using music, movement, and story to explore the energy of the chakras. They'll then bring that experience to life through a chakra-inspired art activity, encouraging creativity and personal reflection.
The day also includes time for morning tea, free play, and a gentle sharing circle and closing meditation — creating space for emotional regulation, social connection, and inner calm.
Workshops are offered in age-specific groups —
Ages 3–5 and
Ages 6–9 — and will be available as
seasonal events and/or during
school breaks, making them a playful, low-commitment way for families to explore the Chakradance™ Kids experience.
