Chakradance™ Kids is a wellbeing program thoughtfully created for children aged 3 to 9. It offers playful, heart-centered experiences that help children build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to themselves and others.
Each class is a rich blend of movement, music, storytelling, and creative art—designed to nurture imagination while supporting healthy growth across physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Inspired by chakra philosophy and paired with original, chakra-resonant music, the program brings modern-day fairytales to life. Children journey through these stories using expressive movement, mindfulness, breath awareness, and art—exploring their inner world in a safe, joyful space.
Through movement and creativity, the stories become more than just tales—they become experiences. As they embody characters and themes through gently guided movement, then reflect through creative expression, children develop greater emotional awareness, empathy, and self-confidence—learning to understand their feelings and celebrate who they are.

Kindy Program
For kids aged 3-5 years
The Chakradance™ Kids Kindy Program is specially designed for children aged 3 to 5. The first series, The Magic Story Tree, invites little ones on a whimsical journey of self-discovery alongside Nixie the Rainbow Dragon.
Through enchanting fairytales, joyful music, expressive movement, and creative art, children explore their sense of being, belonging, and becoming—all while engaging in their most important work: play!
This program is perfect for children in kindergarten and the early years of school (up to age 6), offering a nurturing space where imagination leads the way and every child’s unique light can shine.
Primary Program
For kids aged 5-9 years
The Chakradance™ Kids Primary Program is designed for children aged 5 to 9 and begins with our first series: Naga’s Curse—an epic quest of self-discovery led by Naga the Dragon (yes, dragons are our thing!).
Children journey through imaginative fairytales that explore key developmental themes and real-world challenges they may be facing. These stories offer a safe, playful way for children to process emotions, express their inner worlds, and connect with their own experiences.
